Formación

• Two years of general office experience in a healthcare facility required.
• Medical Record experience is preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information and follow HIPAA rules.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and maintain patient medical records with timely assembly and scanning.
• Audit admissions documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Enter physician signatures and manage record finalization within 30 days.
• Supervise volunteers in the HIM office and support team meetings.
• Assist with information requests and billing-related record audits.
