Datavant is seeking a detail-oriented Health Information Associate to support patient record requests and data entry across secure platforms. This full-time role requires the ability to handle high-volume workflow, protect patient privacy, and work across multiple sites in Zachary, LA.

You will process requests for patient health information, maintain HIPAA compliance, document activities in our software systems, and assist with training and reporting as needed.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1 year Health Information related experience preferred.
• Meets and/or exceeds productivity standards.
• Proficient with basic computer tasks and data entry.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and process requests for patient health information.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Maintain working knowledge of facility software.
• Document activities and data entries accurately.
• Answer inbound/outbound calls and assist with related duties.
• Support with training and reporting as needed.
