Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to commute between locations as needed.
• Basic computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for patient health information.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance for all records.
• Maintain working knowledge of facility software and systems.
• Follow company policies and code of conduct.
• Inform management of work status and volume fluctuations.
• Assist with additional duties as needed.
• Safeguard patient records and ensure they are accurate and complete.
• Prepare new patient charts and assemble medical records.
• Respond to requests from internal and external sources; answer calls.
• Assist with administrative duties such as faxes and data entry.
