You will handle requests, verify identities, and maintain PHI confidentiality while using multiple platforms and basic Microsoft Office tools to complete tasks efficiently.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to commute between locations.
• Strong data entry and attention to detail.
• Basic computer proficiency and office equipment familiarity.
• Professional verbal and written English communication.
