Job summary

Datavant is seeking a detail-oriented team member in El Paso, TX to handle patient health information requests and maintain HIPAA-compliant records. The role requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and the ability to work 8-hour shifts Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM EST.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Basic computer proficiency and reliable communication in English.
• Ability to commute between locations and work overtime during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for patient health information.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Maintain working knowledge of facility software and data entry.
• Answer inbound/outbound calls and assist with administrative duties as needed.
• Ensure patient records are accurate, complete, and securely stored.
• Prepare new patient charts and respond to requests for records internally and externally.
