Signature HealthCARE is seeking a dedicated Compliance Liaison to support Health Information Management at a Kentucky facility. You will oversee medical records, ensure regulatory compliance, and act as the bridge between staff and the compliance office.

Role requires knowledge of HIM standards, familiarity with EMR systems, and the ability to conduct audits and educate staff on policies. A strong commitment to accuracy and patient confidentiality is essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of legal, ethical, and professional standards in Health Information Management.
• Experience with regulatory requirements and audits.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Maintain residents' medical records in accordance with policies and regulations.
• Serve as Compliance Liaison for the facility.
• Coordinate record requests and ensure timely documentation.
• Perform routine audits and report findings in daily meetings.
