GSK is seeking an experienced Health Informatics Manager in Market Access to lead HIT initiatives across multiple states, aligning HIT capabilities with customer workflows and governance. You will translate health data insights into practical opportunities to improve patient identification and care coordination while ensuring compliance with GSK policies.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in a healthcare field, required.
Minimum 3 years of healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience.
Minimum 2 years in health informatics or EHR-related roles.
Experience with inpatient or ambulatory clinical workflows and major EHR platforms.

Aufgaben

Partner with health-system stakeholders to align HIT resources with needs.
Assess workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers.
Educate customers on EHR-enabled resources and evaluate for use.
Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement.
Coordinate customer support and provide field input on scalable tools.
