Job summary

NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital's Dalio Center for Health Justice seeks an individual contributor to provide high-level administrative and project management support. The role focuses on daily operations, scheduling, meetings, and coordinating initiatives to advance health equity.

This grant-funded position requires collaboration with executives and stakeholders, strong organization and communication, plus a Bachelor's degree and at least three years of admin experience. PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years administrative experience.
• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills with a proven ability to communicate complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Screen and direct phone calls, correspondence, and visitors.
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, events and activities.
• Schedule communications, allocate resources and engage participants.
• Coordinate activities, resources and timelines for Dalio Center projects.
• Organize agendas, document discussions and action items, monitor follow-ups.
• Support executives and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
