Job summary

NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital is seeking a Program Coordinator to manage coordination, implementation and administrative duties for the assigned department and program. You will collaborate with community-based organizations, area hospitals and off-site practices to ensure program productivity.

This is a full-time, grant-funded day shift position 9:00am-5:00pm, located at NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years of equivalent work experience.
• Excellent writing and communication skills – convey mission to internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Strong interpersonal skills, highly organized, ability to work with diverse community groups and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, implement and perform administrative duties for the assigned department and program.
• Collaborate with community-based organizations, area hospitals, off-site practices and community practitioners to assure program productivity.
• Oversee program management and outcomes reporting.
