This is a full-time grant funded day shift position 9:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday, located at NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital.

Responsibilities

• Under the guidance of the Director, coordinate, implement and perform administrative duties for the assigned department and program.
• Work in collaboration with community-based organizations, area hospitals, off-site practices and community practitioners to assure productivity of the program.
• Oversee program management and outcomes reporting.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in a related discipline
• Grant budget management experience

Required Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years of equivalent work experience
• Excellent writing and communication skills – verbal and written skills to convey mission and purpose to internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Strong interpersonal skills, highly organized, ability to work with diverse community groups and multi-task
