Job summary

University Clinical Health, Inc. is seeking a Quality Engagement Advisor I in Memphis, TN. You will conduct initial health risk assessments and provide information and guidance to patients, providers, and caregivers through inbound and outbound calls.

You will collaborate with Care Management and Behavioral Health teams to assign patients to Care Coordinators and support planning, scheduling, and transportation needs while ensuring strict confidentiality and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Medical Assisting Certification (CMA) preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in a health-related field.
• Experience working with Medicaid population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts initial health risk assessments for patients.
• Provides information and guidance to patients, providers and caregivers via inbound and outbound calls.
• Assists with assigning patients to Care Coordinators.
• Supports care management and behavioral health teams.
• Assists with patient scheduling and transportation needs.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Supports process improvement initiatives to enhance care delivery.

Education
