Job summary

Arab Community Center for Economic and Social Services in Dearborn, MI seeks a Case Worker – Health Educator to provide advocacy, culturally appropriate health education, and case management within our Community Health and Research Center.

You will perform outreach, coordinate care, and develop materials while ensuring confidentiality and alignment with funding guidelines. Some travel to community locations or virtual delivery may be required; native language support welcome.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of community resources and crisis intervention
• Experience with care coordination and navigation
• Proficiency in health education and outreach
• Understanding of EMR functionality

Responsibilities

• Advocate, provide culturally appropriate health education and information to clients and communities
