Job summary

Arab Community Center for Economic and Social Services in Michigan seeks a Case Worker – Health Educator to provide culturally competent health education and advocacy within the Community Health and Research Center.

Under supervision, you will conduct outreach, care coordination, and program navigation, document services, and participate in training. Some travel to community sites or virtual delivery may be required; English and other languages are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Translate and interpret information for non-English speakers as needed.
