Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; associates degree preferred.
• LPN license preferred; BLS-HCP certification.

Responsibilities

• Retrieves charts from Health Information Management using procedures.
• Coordinates patient surveys: distribution, data entry, reports.
• Transmits data and generates reports promptly.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient, employee, and department data.
• Assists with orientation and training of staff and students.
• Attends meetings as required.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Prepares periodic reports as requested.
