Job summary

Voya Retirement Insurance and Annuity Company in Minneapolis is seeking a Health Account Solutions Operations Business Specialist to provide data service support for the HAS product suite, including eligibility, plan contributions, premium information and COBRA administration. You will set up and test data files and manage ongoing file processing and error resolution.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet implementation expectations and service delivery goals,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year in a health insurance role (CDHP, COBRA or Major Medical Insurance) preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven time management and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Data service support for HAS products (eligibility, plan contributions, premium information, COBRA).
• File set up, testing, and ongoing processing; resolve errors and discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to meet implementation and service goals.
• Manage daily file imports and communicate resolutions.
• Participate in calls as file subject matter expert; maintain inventory tracking.
