Qualifications

• At least two years of experience working in a healthcare setting.
• At least two years of customer service experience.
• Must be a Certified Application Counselor, or able to become one post hire date.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Knowledge of Texas Medicaid and CHIP programs is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide application assistance and facilitate enrollment in eligible health coverage programs.
• Participate in outreach events to promote program availability and consumer enrollment.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect consumer information.
