Job summary
Fit Factory is seeking a Sales Specialist/Assistant General Manager to drive new member acquisition, manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to close, and support front desk teams across multiple shifts within a fast-paced health club environment. You will lead by example, coach staff, and uphold the club’s service standards.

Qualifications

- Ability to coach and develop front desk staff
- Willingness to work night and weekend hours as manager on duty
Responsibilities
- Provide the first positive impression of the health club to guests
- Achieve monthly New Member goals
- Manage the full sales process from inquiry to close
- Follow up with guest inquiry leads, emails or voicemails until closed
- Service existing member inquiries and upsell services (fitness consultations, classes, amenities)
- Maintain personal membership sales KPIs and targets
- Assist in coaching front desk staff to meet club KPIs
- Execute tasks and projects delegated by the General Manager
- Oversee operations with Front Desk, Porters and Babysitting teams
- Lead by example, reinforce Fit Factory culture and policies
- Coach, motivate and develop staff continuously
- Communicate policies and procedures effectively
- Cover open shifts as needed
