Job summary

Medium is seeking a Clinic Operations Manager to supervise daily clinical services, staff, and audits under the Director of Nursing. You will ensure regulatory compliance and optimize productivity while collaborating with departments on budgets and schedules.

Qualifications include 3+ years managing clinics, Associate or Bachelor’s degree, and EPIC experience preferred. Spanish language skills are strongly preferred to support diverse patient populations.

Qualifications

• Education includes an Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree.
• Management experience of 3 years is required.
• EPIC experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, scheduling, training and performance management of clinic staff.
• Evaluate clinicians and provide feedback to Medical Director.
• Monitor employee time sheets, absence reports and vacation schedules.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (Title X, 3408, NJ Ambulatory Care, CLIA, OSHA).
• Audit medical records, billing and statistics for accuracy.
• Lead staff in customer service and productivity improvements.
• Establish appointment schedules and coordinate with Call Center.
• Conduct monthly staff meetings and QA activities.
• Participate in budget preparation and work plans.
• Drove revenue enhancement and cost-saving measures.
