Job summary

El Centro Family Health is seeking a Clinic Coordinator to supervise daily clinic operations, ensure HIPAA compliance, manage patient and insurance billing, and lead staff development. The role requires coordinating activities across satellite locations and reporting to the Regional Administrator.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED with at least one year in management and customer service, plus experience with EHR systems and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management and customer service experience in a related field.
• Experience using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and patient flow; travel to satellite locations as needed.
• Ensure HIPAA, ADA, OSHA compliance; maintain licensure requirements.
• Oversee patient and insurance billing processes and financial documentation.
• Lead monthly staff meetings and provide coaching for team development.
• Serve as liaison between staff, providers, and Regional Administrator.
• Collect and analyze clinic data to support decision-making and quality improvement; participate in initiatives.
