Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor daily operational systems and processes.
• Collaborate with senior managers to set performance goals and plans.
• Plan, monitor, and analyze metrics to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Devise growth strategies and implement process improvements to maximize productivity.
• Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with policies and laws; foster an inclusive, productive environment.
• Work with COO/HR to lead the team with integrity.
• Observe patient flow at satellite clinics and report recommendations to leadership.
• Assess and select software for patient management and EHR.
• Collaborate with CQI team to meet quality metrics.
• Perform all other assigned duties.
