Responsibilities

• Support Regional Directors to align operations with organizational activities.
• Maintain courteous professional working environment.
• Communicate effectively with patients, coworkers, partners, and visitors.
• Oversee PSRs and Office Coordinators including hiring and discipline.
• Verify daily bank deposits and petty cash; perform audits.
• Register patients in the EMR and manage sliding fee scale eligibility.
• Coordinate referrals and interagency activities; facilitate patient care across locations.
• Attend meetings and participate in staff development and special projects.
