Job summary

Premise Health is seeking a Full Time Health Center Manager RN for its health center in Saginaw, MI. You will oversee daily operations, staff, and patient care, ensuring efficient performance and compliance with regulations.

The role requires an RN license in the state, BLS certification, and 3+ years in healthcare with 2-3 years of leadership experience. Competencies in infection control, quality improvement, and coordination of care are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Current RN license in state of practice.
• Current Basic Life Support certification (AHA/ARC or equivalent) required; ACLS may be required.
• Certification in COHN/COHN-S, Emergency Nursing, or Case Management preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in the medical field.
• 2-3 years of management experience.
• Experience using CDC/WHO/APIC infection prevention standards.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily operations, staff, and workflow to ensure efficient health center performance.
• Oversees hiring, training, onboarding, and performance management of staff (RNs, LPNs, admin, and technical staff).
• Allocates time to patient care and technical tasks as needed.
• Monitors patient flow, utilization, and penetration.
• Identifies process improvements and root cause analyses.
• Serves as infection control lead and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Communicates policies, conducts meetings, and engages with client representatives.
• Completes incident reports and assists with investigations and resolutions.
• Maintains patient health records with accuracy and up-to-date information.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

As a Full Time Health Center Manager RN, you'll provide care to client employees and their dependents in our Health Center located inSaginaw, MI.

What You’ll Do

• Manages daily operations, staff, and workflow to ensure efficient health center performance
• Oversees hiring, training, onboarding, and performance management of staff (typically composed of RNs, LPNs, administrative, and technical staff)
• Allocates time to patient care and technical expertise as needed
• Monitors patient flow, patient utilization and penetration
• Identifies process improvement opportunities, workflow efficiencies, determines root cause analysis
• Serves as infection control lead, collaborates on quality initiatives and maintains compliance with regulations
• Communicates corporate policies, conducts meetings, and engages with client representatives
• Completes incident reports and assists with investigations and complaint resolutions
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Performs other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
• Current license as RN in state of practice
• Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services
• Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (COHN/COHN-S), Emergency Nursing, or Case Management preferred and may be required for some sites
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in the medical field
• 2 - 3 years of management experience
• Experience accessing CDC, WHO, APIC or other industry standards for Infection Prevention practices
