Job summary

Premise Health Inc. in Cambridge, MA seeks a Full-Time Health Center Manager / Registered Nurse to lead the daily operations of our multi-service health center. The role requires 3+ years in medical management, RN license in MA, and BLS (ACLS may be required by contract). Hours are 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday.

You'll oversee staff, patient flow, quality initiatives, infection control, and compliance, while ensuring comprehensive patient care and accurate health records. Benefit details included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Current RN license in state of practice
• BLS certification required; ACLS may be required based on contract scope
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in medical field; 2-3 years in management

Responsibilities

• Manages daily operations, staff, and workflow to ensure efficient health center performance
• Oversees hiring, training, onboarding, and performance management of staff (RNs, LPNs, admin and technical)
• Allocates time to patient care and technical expertise as needed
• Monitors patient flow, patient utilization and penetration
• Identifies process improvements, workflow efficiencies, root cause analysis
• Infection control lead, collaborates on quality initiatives and maintains compliance with regulations
• Communicates corporate policies, conducts meetings, and engages with client representatives
• Completes incident reports and assists with investigations and resolutions
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accuracy
• Performs other duties as assigned

As a Full-Time Health Center Manager Registered Nurse, you'll lead the daily operations of our multi-service Health Center located in Cambridge, MA. Experience managing mid-sized healthcare teams is required. The scheduled hours are 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday. Unique opportunity!

What You’ll Do

• Manages daily operations, staff, and workflow to ensure efficient health center performance
• Oversees hiring, training, onboarding, and performance management of staff (typically composed of RNs, LPNs, administrative, and technical staff)
• Allocates time to patient care and technical expertise as needed
• Monitors patient flow, patient utilization and penetration
• Identifies process improvement opportunities, workflow efficiencies, determines root cause analysis
• Serves as infection control lead, collaborates on quality initiatives and maintains compliance with regulations
• Communicates corporate policies, conducts meetings, and engages with client representatives
• Completes incident reports and assists with investigations and complaint resolutions
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Performs other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
• Current license as RN in state of practice
• Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services
• Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (COHN/COHN-S), Emergency Nursing, or Case Management preferred and may be required for some sites
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in the medical field
• 2-3 years of management experience
• Experience accessing CDC, WHO, APIC or other industry standards for Infection Prevention practices

Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $129,312.00 - $161,640.00 annually. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors.
