Premise Health seeks a Full-Time Health Center Manager Registered Nurse (RN) to lead site operations at our Sunnyvale Health Center. The role requires 2-3 years of healthcare leadership and will oversee a diverse team including RNs, LPNs, and administrative staff.

Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, with a focus on patient care and operational excellence. Candidates must hold an RN license and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, plus BLS certification.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Current RN license in state of practice.
• Hands-on BLS training required; ACLS may be required depending on scope.
• Experience leading healthcare teams and infection prevention practices.

Responsabilidades

• Manages daily operations, staff, and workflow to ensure efficient health center performance.
• Oversees hiring, training, onboarding, and performance management of staff (RNs, LPNs, admin, tech).
• Allocates time to patient care and technical expertise as needed.
• Monitors patient flow, utilization, and penetration.
• Identifies process improvements and conducts root cause analyses.
• Acts as infection control lead and supports quality initiatives and regulatory compliance.
• Communicates policies, conducts meetings with client representatives.
• Completes incident reports and assists investigations and complaint resolutions.
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accuracy and currency.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Unique opportunity! As aFull-Time Health Center Manager Registered Nurse (RN), you'll lead site operations and provide services to client employees and their dependents in our Health Center located in Sunnyvale, CA. The scheduled hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. 2-3 years' healthcare leadership experience is required, to include leading large teams of 30 or more employees.

What You’ll Do

• Manages daily operations, staff, and workflow to ensure efficient health center performance
• Oversees hiring, training, onboarding, and performance management of staff (typically composed of RNs, LPNs, administrative, and technical staff)
• Allocates time to patient care and technical expertise as needed
• Monitors patient flow, patient utilization and penetration
• Identifies process improvement opportunities, workflow efficiencies, determines root cause analysis
• Serves as infection control lead, collaborates on quality initiatives and maintains compliance with regulations
• Communicates corporate policies, conducts meetings, and engages with client representatives
• Completes incident reports and assists with investigations and complaint resolutions
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Performs other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
• Current license as RN in state of practice
• Current certification with hands‑on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services
• Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (COHN/COHN‑S), Emergency Nursing, or Case Management preferred and may be required for some sites
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in the medical field
• 2 – 3 years of management experience
• Experience accessing CDC, WHO, APIC or other industry standards for Infection Prevention practices

Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $146,939.20 - $183,674.00 annually. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors.
