Sunrise Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Health Care Program Manager to lead the Sunrise Supported Living program in Washington. You will supervise Health Care Coordinators and Medication Technicians and coordinate training and care strategies.

This role requires strong leadership, 3 years in Social Services, and a valid WA driver’s license; travel within WA to meet clients is expected. Competitive pay, sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree preferred.
• 3 years’ experience in Social Services or related field/experience.
• 1–2 years of management/leadership experience.
• Valid Washington State driver’s license and clean driving record.

Aufgaben

• Manage Health Care Coordinators and Medication Technicians ensuring effective services and compliance.
• Coordinate training and information sharing among care teams and supervisors.
• Act as a spokesperson for assigned programs within and outside the company.
• Work on-call and outside business hours as needed.
• Oversee and ensure documentation and records comply with HIPAA and policy.
