Job summary

Sunrise Services, Inc. is seeking a Staffing Specialist for our Supported Living program in Washington. You will match Direct Support Professionals to client homes, schedule shifts, and ensure compliance with WAC and internal policies.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services and 2 years of related experience, with strong communication and organizational skills. Competitive benefits accompany a Monday–Friday schedule and hourly compensation of $22–$24.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or other appropriate field preferred.
• Two years of experience in human services or staffing/scheduling required.
• Ability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 10 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Review hiring packets and match DSP candidates to vacancies.
• Assess staffing needs for each client and ensure compatibility.
• Schedule DSPs to open shifts and maintain client staffing coverage.
• Track trainings, certifications, and compliance per WAC and Sunrise policy.
• Utilize UKG for timesheets, overtime, and attendance tracking.
• Maintain accurate DSP staff schedules and attendance records.
