Job summary

Woodmont Health Campus is seeking a Maintenance Assistant in Waunakee, Wisconsin to maintain the grounds, building, and equipment. The role requires ensuring the safety and satisfaction of residents, while also assisting with directions for the Maintenance Department's overall operation.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, and 1-3 years of relevant experience is preferred. Additional benefits include medical coverage, retirement accounts, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must meet all state requirements for transporting residents.
• For Kentucky applicants: Must complete a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the grounds, building, and equipment for the health campus.
• Make daily rounds to identify and address maintenance concerns.
• Perform repairs on equipment, building, and grounds.

Skills

Ability to operate a large van or bus (up to 15 passengers) safely and efficiently

1-3 years of relevant experience

Education

High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred
