Job summary

The Waters in Wisconsin is seeking an Environmental Services Technician to help maintain the internal community building and surrounding grounds with the care of a premium hotel.

You will assist with housekeeping, grounds and building projects, and routine preventive and corrective maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, and general cleanup while delivering courteous, respectful service to residents.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in building maintenance, preferably in hospitality or a senior living community.
• Experience in carpet cleaning, floor care and painting projects strongly preferred.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• Able to walk, climb stairs, bend and squat.
• Able to withstand external weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist the housekeeping team.
• Assist with grounds and building maintenance projects.
• Assist with furniture movement for community event set-up and tear-down.
• Assist to ensure all preventive and corrective maintenance work orders are completed on a timely and thorough basis, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical repairs, furniture and/or equipment repairs, trash pickup, and exterior upkeep.
• Perform other related work activities as needed.
