Healthwin Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a reliable Maintenance Assistant to help keep our facility safe, clean, and functioning for residents and staff. This role supports upkeep of building and grounds, assists with repairs, and helps ensure a comfortable environment.

Ideal candidates have maintenance or handyman experience, basic knowledge of building systems, and a strong work ethic. The position emphasizes resident safety, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of building systems and repair techniques.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with routine building maintenance and repairs.
• Supporting HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and equipment upkeep.
• Performing preventative maintenance tasks.
• Helping maintain clean and safe outdoor areas.
• Responding to work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborating with the Maintenance Director and facility team.
