Trilogy Health Services in Louisville, KY is seeking a Manager of Facilities Maintenance to lead the Plant Operations department across a health campus. You will organize and direct maintenance of grounds, building, and equipment, ensuring compliance with state and federal standards and safe operations.

Daily duties include rounds, coordinating repairs, training staff on hazardous materials, managing MSDSs, and maintaining safe, neat environs for residents.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• HVAC experience preferred.
• Valid, unencumbered driver's license required.
• DOT physical required for Kentucky applicants.

Responsabilidades

• Plans, organizes, and directs the Plant Operations department and activities.
• Ensures safe operation of maintenance to promote resident welfare and safety.
• Conducts daily rounds to identify and address facility and resident needs.
• Maintains MSDSs and trains staff on hazardous materials procedures.
• Performs repairs and keeps grounds, parking, and facilities neat and safe.
