The Manager of Facilities Maintenance at Trilogy Health Services, LLC oversees the Plant Operations department on the health campus in New Albany, IN. You will organize programs, supervise maintenance tasks, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance for residents and staff.

Key duties include rounds, MSDS management, and timely repairs to equipment, buildings, and grounds. A valid driver's license and state transport compliance are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical training is a plus.
• 1–3 years of relevant facilities or maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC experience preferred and valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilités

• Plans, directs, and evaluates the Plant Operations department and programs.
• Ensures safe operation of the building maintenance environment for residents.
• Conducts daily rounds to identify maintenance needs and verify equipment.
• Maintains MSDSs for hazardous chemicals and trains staff on safety procedures.
• Performs repairs on equipment, buildings, and grounds; keeps grounds neat and safe.
