Job summary

Marsh’s Health & Benefits Summer Internship 2027 in Boston offers hands-on experience with our 2,500+ U.S. consultants. You will analyze healthcare data, support RFPs, and assist with client deliverables and benchmarking projects.

This hybrid role requires three days in the office weekly and runs from June 7 to August 13, 2027. Preferred candidates are pursuing a bachelor’s degree with a 3.0 GPA, and must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Progress toward a bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, statistics, economics, health administration, health policy, or related major.
• Currently enrolled with expected graduation Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Preferred GPA: 3.0/4.0 and U.S. work authorization without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze healthcare claims and utilization data.
• Support the RFP process for clients.
• Assist senior consultants in reviewing client needs and implementation strategies.
• Model employee benefit contributions to meet employer objectives.
• Prepare client deliverables and communications (reports, spreadsheets, presentations).
• Help with benchmarking of employer health and benefits plans via National Survey data.
