Qualifications

• Progress toward bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, statistics, economics, health administration, health policy, or related major
• Currently enrolled with expected graduation Fall 2027 or Spring 2028
• Preferred GPA: 3.0/4.0
• US work authorization without sponsorship required now or in the future
• Availability to work June 7–August 13, 2027 (no alternate dates)

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze healthcare claims and utilization data, including cost projections and evaluations
• Support the RFP process on behalf of clients
• Assist senior consultants in reviewing client needs and supporting implementations
• Model employee benefit contributions to meet employer objectives
• Prepare client deliverables and communications (reports, spreadsheets, presentations)
• Support National Survey of Employer-Sponsored Health Plans to create benchmarks
