Marsh is seeking a Health & Benefits Summer Intern to contribute to data analysis, benchmarking and client deliverables within our Health and Benefits team in Washington, DC. You will work alongside experienced consultants to support cost projections, RFP processes and implementation strategies during Summer 2027.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a relevant degree, available for the full internship period, with strong analytical, Excel/PowerPoint skills and a collaborative, detail-oriented mindset.

Formación

• Progress toward a bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, statistics, economics, health administration, health policy, or related major
• Currently enrolled with expected graduation Fall 2027 or Spring 2028
• Preferred minimum GPA: 3.0/4.0
• Permanent, ongoing U.S. work authorization without sponsorship now or in the future
• Ability to work Monday, June 7 through Friday, August 13 in Summer 2027 (no alternate dates)

Responsabilidades

• Collect and analyze healthcare claims and utilization data, including cost projections and evaluations
• Support the Request for Proposal (RFP) process on behalf of clients
• Assist senior consultants in reviewing client needs, identifying suitable approaches, and supporting implementation strategies
• Model employee benefit contributions to help meet employer objectives
• Help prepare client deliverables and communications, including reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
• Support the National Survey of Employer-Sponsored Health Plans to create benchmarks of employers' health and benefits plans
