Marsh’s Health & Benefits Summer Internship 2027 in Boston offers hands-on experience with our 2,500+ U.S. consultants. You will analyze healthcare data, support RFPs, and assist with client deliverables and benchmarking projects.

This hybrid role requires three days in the office weekly and runs from June 7 to August 13, 2027. Preferred candidates are pursuing a bachelor’s degree with a 3.0 GPA, and must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

• Progress toward a bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, statistics, economics, health administration, health policy, or related major.
• Currently enrolled with expected graduation Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.

Responsabilidades

• Collect and analyze healthcare claims and utilization data.
• Support the RFP process for clients.
• Assist senior consultants in reviewing client needs and implementation strategies.
• Model employee benefit contributions to meet employer objectives.
• Prepare client deliverables and communications (reports, spreadsheets, presentations).
• Help with benchmarking of employer health and benefits plans via National Survey data.

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Health & Benefits team, part of our People and Investments business at Marsh. This role will be based in Boston . This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. Candidates must be available for the full internship period: Monday, June 7th through Friday, August 13th. We are unable to accommodate alternate start or end dates.

During this internship, you’ll work alongside Marsh’s 2,500+ U.S. Health & Benefits consultants that deliver disciplined and consistent approaches to benchmarking, data analytics, financial management, marketing, compliance, and communication. We will count on you to:

• Collect and analyzehealthcare claims and utilization data, including cost projections and evaluations
• Supportthe Request for Proposal (RFP) process on behalf of clients
• Assistsenior consultants in reviewing client needs, identifying suitable approaches, and supporting implementation strategies
• Modelemployee benefit contributions to help meet employer objectives
• Help prepareclient deliverables and communications, including reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
• Support the National Survey of Employer-Sponsored Health Plans to create benchmarks of employers’ health and benefits plans

What you need to have:

• Progress toward abachelor’s degreein business, mathematics, statistics, economics, health administration, health policy, or a related major
• Currently enrolled in a college or university with an expected graduation date ofFall 2027 or Spring 2028
• Preferred minimum GPA:3.0/4.0
• Permanent, ongoing U.S. work authorizationwithout the need for sponsorship now or in the future
• Ability to workMonday, June 7th through Friday, August 13th in the Summer 2027(no alternate dates)
