Job summary

Marsh, a global leader in risk management and consulting, seeks a talented intern to join its Health & Benefits team in Atlanta. This hybrid internship runs June 7 through August 13, 2027, with in-office work required at least three days per week.

You will collect and analyze healthcare claims and utilization data, support the RFP process, assist senior consultants, and help prepare client deliverables and presentations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, statistics, economics, health administration or related major.
• Expected graduation Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Permanent, ongoing U.S. work authorization without sponsorship needed now or in future.
• Availability to work June 7th through August 13th, 2027 (Summer 2027).

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze healthcare claims and utilization data, including cost projections and evaluations.
• Support the RFP process on behalf of clients.
• Assist senior consultants in reviewing client needs and supporting implementation strategies.
• Model employee benefit contributions to help meet employer objectives.
• Help prepare client deliverables and communications, including reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Support the National Survey of Employer-Sponsored Health Plans to create benchmarks.
