CVS Health is seeking a qualifies individual to lead the full lifecycle of Self-funded New Business Client benefit plan implementations. You will coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure deliverables are met on time and within agreed terms, acting as the primary liaison across stakeholders.

The role requires strong project management, negotiation, and prioritization skills, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Project management and Client facing experience.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills across various levels of the organization.
• Ability to remain flexible yet focused during stressful situations.
• Attention to detail and accuracy while focusing on overall project deliverables.
• Ability to express complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Highly organized and able to quickly prioritize multiple assignments with high quality results.

Responsibilities

• Directs all aspects of customer benefit plan implementation for Self-funded New Business Clients.
• Partners with key internal and external stakeholders to identify and address implementation issues.
• Acts as single point of contact for benefit plan implementation.
• Coordinates resolution of all deliverables and implementation tasks.
• Develops and executes implementation strategy aligned with customer expectations.
• Ensures strategy aligns with performance guarantees.
• Engages team members to fulfill responsibilities.
• Assesses client exceptions and develops alternatives to minimize impact on systems.
