Job summary

Paychex is seeking a dedicated customer service professional to independently support multiple Paychex products, educate clients, and drive service improvements. The role emphasizes maintaining expertise across products, resolving claims and complaints, and mentoring teammates, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (preferred) and 2 years of health & benefits experience, with eligibility to obtain state insurance licenses

Qualifications

• Must have customer service experience across Paychex products.
• Eligibility for insurance licensing in all 50 states is required within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with clients and partners to deliver high-quality service.
• Consult with clients to identify opportunities to enhance Paychex service experience.
• Maintain advanced knowledge of multiple Paychex products and industry practices.
• Identify opportunities for large-scale process improvements.
• Demonstrate advanced skills with HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced and ORS.
• Mentor less experienced teammates and document interactions to drive service improvements.
