CVS Health is seeking an Account Executive to own and grow broker relationships for Meritain by demonstrating total cost of care and delivering transparent, flexible solutions. You will partner with underwriters, sales and operations to drive renewal activity and client satisfaction.

You will manage renewals, prepare proposals, ensure compliance, and participate in virtual open enrollment meetings. Travel to client sites may be required as part of building trusted partnerships and delivering

Qualificações

• 2–5 years of group health employee benefit experience.
• Renewal process experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with internal and external partners.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams.

Responsabilidades

• Relationship management/Consultative services
• Prepare and issue renewal proposal
• Confirm sold proposal and plan changes
• Ensure client is up to date with compliance requirements
• Salesforce management
• Virtual open enrollment meetings
• Attend implementation calls
• Stop Loss & Ad-hoc reporting
• Point solution upsell
• May require travel to offsite locations for in-person meetings
