Leisure Care LLC in Hamilton Township, New Jersey is seeking a Health & Wellness Nurse (LPN) to join our team. You will provide health assessments, oversee medication management, and support staff under the Health & Wellness Director in a collaborative senior living environment.

This full‑time role requires 2+ years in assisted living or skilled nursing and knowledge of geriatrics, dementia care, and state regulations.
