Job summary

Leisure Care is seeking a Resident Assistant II to join our team in Florida. This full-time role involves providing compassionate, hands-on care to residents, assisting with daily living activities, and sometimes acting as shift lead to ensure safe, happy, and home-like surroundings.

You’ll work with a team to monitor resident wellbeing, document changes, and help orient new staff. We value caring, positive attitudes and strong communication in serving aging adults, including those with dementia.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience preferred.
• A caring, positive, and professional attitude, especially when supporting aging adults or those with dementia.
• Active CNA is a plus!
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Make observations, record changes, and communicate resident needs with the team.
• Support new team members with orientation and training.
• Build strong, respectful relationships with residents, families, and co-workers.

We are now seeking a Resident Assistant II to join our team! Hiring for 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm shifts!

As a Resident Assistant II, you'll be at the heart of our community. This broad-scoped caregiver position is all about providing compassionate, hands‑on support for our residents. You'll assist with daily living activities (like dressing, grooming, and bathing), help with medications, and sometimes even step in as a shift lead. You'll be part of a team that keeps our residents safe, happy, and feeling right at home.

What You'll Do:
