Leisure Care is seeking a Health & Wellness Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Melbourne, FL. You will provide health assessments, oversee medications, coordinate care with vendors, and support the Health & Wellness Director in educating staff.

You will be a trusted health resource for residents, their families, and colleagues. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in assisted living or skilled nursing, with knowledge of geriatrics and state regulations.
