Leisure Care is hiring a Resident Assistant to join our team in a full-time capacity. You will help residents with daily activities, monitor changes in their conditions, and keep living spaces comfortable and clean. The role emphasizes creating a warm, respectful environment and strong teamwork.

Ideal candidates bring CNA or caregiving experience, compassion, reliability, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset to support older adults in our communities.

Formación

• CNA preferred.
• 1+ year caregiving experience.
• Compassion, reliability, and a passion for working with older adults.
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care).
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions.
• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry as needed.
• Create a warm, respectful, and engaging environment for residents.
