Agemark Senior Living's CountryHouse Lincoln III - 70th & O in Lincoln, NE is seeking an experienced RN or LPN licensed in Nebraska to lead the Wellness Team and oversee resident care.

This full-time role requires 2+ years of leadership, strong medication knowledge, and flexibility to work evenings or weekends, with a focus on person-centered care and compliance. We offer comprehensive benefits and a supportive EPIC culture.

Qualifications

• Active Nebraska RN or LPN license.
• At least one year of senior care experience.
• 2+ years of management or team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of medications, dosages, and side effects.
• Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and technology skills.
• Resident-focused, dignity, independence, and person-centered care.
• Availability to work evenings or weekends; can serve as Manager on Duty.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Wellness Team: mentor, train, and support team members while promoting accountability and growth.
• Oversee Resident Care: develop and maintain personalized service plans based on resident needs and physician orders.
• Build Strong Relationships: communicate regularly with residents, families, team members, and healthcare providers.
• Conduct Assessments: evaluate prospective and current residents to ensure care needs can be met safely.
• Manage Medications: oversee medication administration practices and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain Compliance: keep documentation and resident records aligned with state regulations.
• Provide Hands-On Support: assist with resident care and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Promote Resident Wellness: support programs that encourage health, safety, independence, and quality of life.
