Leisure Care is seeking an experienced Health & Wellness Coordinator for our senior living communities in Oceanside, CA. The role focuses on coordinating personal care services, guiding direct care staff, and managing staffing schedules to ensure safe, high-quality care for residents.

This full-time position requires strong communication and organizational skills, with preferred experience in Assisted Living and geriatric care.

Qualifikationen

We are currently seeking an experienced Health & Wellness Coordinator to join our team!

What you'll do:

• Coordinate and oversee the delivery of personal care services for residents.
• Provide guidance and communication to direct care staff to ensure safe, high-quality care.
• Create and manage staffing schedules while supporting effective staffing strategies and overtime management.
• Support the Health & Wellness Director with department operations as needed.

What you'll bring:

• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in Assisted Living is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of geriatric care required.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.

This position is Friday-Tuesdays, 10 AM to 6:30 PM as a standard schedule
