Job summary

Leisure Care - West Hills seeks a compassionate Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities and monitor health changes in a warm community setting.

Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, light housekeeping, and creating an engaging environment for aging residents. CNA experience is preferred, with at least one year of caregiving and strong communication skills essential for team coordination.
