Leisure Care in West Hills, California is hiring a Resident Assistant to support seniors with daily living in a vibrant community. This full-time role requires compassion, reliability, and teamwork to help residents thrive with dignity and joy.

You will assist with activities of daily living, observe health changes, help with light housekeeping, and contribute to a warm, respectful environment. A CNA is preferred and 1+ year of caregiving is ideal.

Qualifications

• CNA preferred.
• 1+ year caregiving experience.
• Compassion, reliability and a passion for working with older adults.
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, personal care).
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions.
• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry as needed.
