Job summary

Vizance is seeking an Individual Health/Medicare Insurance Advisor to join our team in Hartland or Milwaukee. You will meet with clients in-person and virtually, grow a book of business, and align clients with the right insurer using a consultative approach.

The role includes salary plus commission, comprehensive benefits, and mentorship in a stable agency environment. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of health/Medicare experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a Life and

• Meet with clients in-person and virtually
• Maintain and grow your book of business (you will inherit a book of business when joining the team!)
• Align clients with the right insurer while providing a consultative approach
• Develop a strong knowledge of our resources and services

Requirements
