Commercial Insurance Account Manager – Client Service Advisor (Hartland)

Vizance is hiring a Client Service Advisor for our Hartland office and invite applications for the role of Commercial Insurance Account Manager. Vizance is a Minority‑Owned Business Enterprise with nearly 200 associates across 9 locations in Wisconsin and ranking in the top 1% of U.S. insurance agencies by revenue.

Responsibilities

• Client and Carrier Relations: Build positive relationships with an assigned book of clientele and insurance carriers.
• Policy Administration: Manage policy documentation, endorsements, and renewals.
• Risk Assessment: Collaborate with underwriters to assess and understand clients' unique risks.
• Communication: Work with sales and service teams to plan and execute client service plans.

Qualifications

• At least two years of Commercial Property and Casualty Insurance experience.
• Wisconsin Property & Casualty license.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with attention to detail.
• Desire to be part of a growing and collaborative team.
