Job summary

Vizance seeks an experienced Associate to manage a book of business inHartland or Milwaukee. You will build strong client relationships, analyze insurance needs, and assist with policy renewals while coordinating with carriers to secure quotes and endorsements.

The role emphasizes accurate record-keeping, industry knowledge, and a collaborative team environment. A WI P&C license is preferred, with opportunities for growth and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of Personal Lines experience in an insurance agency.
• WI Property and Casualty license preferred, or willingness to obtain.
• Knowledge of Applied Epic is helpful, but not required.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Desire to be part of a growing team.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do At Vizance

• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned book of business. Respond to client questions and concerns promptly.
• Policy Management: Analyze and evaluate clients' insurance needs to design insurance solutions. Review and update insurance policies. Assist clients in policy renewals.
• Carrier Communication: Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, endorsements, and policy documents. Act as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized client records.
• Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, insurance products, and changes in personal lines insurance regulations.
